First impressions matter, that's why we are restoring our courtyard with green space and home feel to settle people in housing, safely off the streets. 

Create a fresh welcoming green space welcome area that invites our friends and neighbors in to find help and hope. Plus, we want to remove the stigma of coming to a shelter so more people reach out to find the help they need. As part of our Dignity by Design renovation program, we are enhancing and greening the most public space of our services serving 1,500 people per day. Our courtyard space is the first impression the community has upon entering our facility for services. This project and space will be an Oasis of Hope with green space, fountains, and public access to water in the midst of the toughest and most underserved parts of Los Angeles. We are currently seeking capital improvement dollars to complete this space.
